CIMB Trust Management recently announced Wang Ying as Director and Chairman, succeeding Wang Xiaoqing. This appointment was approved by the shareholders' meeting and the board of directors, and received regulatory approval.

Recently, CMB-Cigna Asset Management announced that, following approval at the company’s 2025 First Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting and the 13th Meeting of the Second Board of Directors, and with the qualification approved by the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (Jingjinfu [2026] No. 126), Wang Ying was appointed as a director and chairman of the company on March 2, 2026. Wang Xiaoqing will no longer serve as a director or chairman of the company.
