Ukrainian Negotiation Team Claims Russia Supports U.S. Security Guarantees

Significant progress has been reported in ongoing negotiations with Ukraine. Budanov, who holds a leading position in the Ukrainian Presidential Office and is also a member of the negotiation team, revealed in recent media remarks that Russia has shown a willingness to accept the conditions of American security guarantees for Ukraine.

According to Jinshi Data, Budanov mentioned that during recent talks, Russia expressed a position of actively supporting security measures by the United States toward Ukraine. At the same time, he stated that all parties to the conflict are currently at a stage of exploring "compromise proposals" and room for agreement on territorial issues.

However, the Russian side has not yet made any official confirmation regarding these announcements. It remains necessary to await a formal response from Russia to determine how far the trilateral negotiations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia have progressed toward substantive agreements.
