1. Today’s Market Analysis and Tomorrow’s Trading Strategy
Today, the major indices opened lower and fluctuated down 0.1%, with the Shenzhen market even weaker, led by a 1% drop in the ChiNext Index. Coal, electricity, and chemical sectors performed relatively strongly, while industrial mother machines, military industry + commercial aerospace, gas turbines, diamond, liquid cooling, and communications weakened. Less than 30% of stocks rose, with 52 limit-ups, including 2 one-word limit-ups, and 23 stocks hit limit-downs. There were 2 limit-downs and 118 stocks down more than 5%.

The market experienced震荡调整 (oscillating adjustment). Although the main index took a hit during the session, it remained relatively stable at close, while individual stocks generally declined. The key reason for the market’s sluggishness is that the index is kept stable to prevent risks from being fully released, causing many funds to hesitate from attacking. Every day, there are rapid rotations across numerous sectors, as well as within sectors. When to buy what depends heavily on randomness.
