I've encountered many people struggling with sleep issues. It's not that they don't want to sleep—they simply can't fall asleep. They have to push their bodies to the limit until their eyes can no longer stay open. The moment they put down their phones, their minds start racing with anxious thoughts—either worrying about the future or obsessing over past mistakes. They've tried every sleep aid available, but ultimately can only fall asleep after exhausting themselves by using their phones until they're completely depleted.

This is actually a manifestation of emotional needs being chronically ignored. During the day, they're caught up in life and overwhelmed by various demands, with barely any personal space for themselves. Their inner frustrations and helplessness have nowhere to vent, so the night hours are the only time that truly belongs to them—which makes them reluctant to let go of this precious time.

More importantly, they have no anticipation for the new day ahead. Instead, they're filled with dread—afraid that the moment they open their eyes, they'll have to face those overwhelming problems that leave them gasping for air. They're truly exhausted.
