🔥BlackRock Launches Ethereum Staking ETF
BlackRock introduced $ETHB, an Ethereum ETF that includes staking yield.
Its crypto ETF lineup now looks like this:
➡️ $IBIT → Bitcoin spot ETF, price exposure only
➡️ $ETHA → Ethereum spot ETF, price exposure only
➡️ $ETHB → Ethereum ETF with ~3% staking yield
This is the first time a major asset manager offers a public market product where investors earn yield directly from a proof-of-stake blockchain.
To generate rewards, the ETH inside the ETF must be locked in staking, which can reduce liquid supply if inflows grow.
The fee is 0.12% for the first year, suggesting a push to capture market share before competitors launch similar products.
