I've recently looked at quite a few serviced apartments and felt the biggest issue is that these apartments have too much "living room" space, while "study rooms" either don't exist or aren't given importance—just a desk placed in the bedroom as an afterthought.

For me, the most important space in a residence is the study room, not the living room.

Traditional design philosophy always treats the living room as the design center, but I actually spend most of my time in the study room. A study room is a place for work, entertainment, and connecting with the world—it's also the space where I interact with AI Agents.

When I renovate a house in the future, I'll convert the living room into a large study room and try to eliminate functional zone divisions as much as possible, allowing the entire residence to integrate seamlessly.
