Fintech infrastructure company LitXchange has filed a patent application for a client-verifiable encrypted transaction receipt designed specifically for regulated broker-dealers. The system allows retail investors to independently verify the integrity of transaction execution using cryptographic proof and can optionally anchor to public blockchains to enhance transparency while complying with existing regulatory frameworks. Founder and CEO Marcel Kalinovic stated that the goal is to embed transparency directly into broker infrastructure to boost investor confidence. The company has raised over $1.3 million from more than 560 investors and is developing this technology into a native component for its stock and cryptocurrency trading platform aimed at retail investors.
