most agencies are going to die in the next 2 years and its not because of AI
I run an agency and I have friends who feel the same, we see this every day the ones that survive wont be the ones who try and use chatbots to speed up their work. it'll be the ones who rebuild their entire delivery model around it traditional agency model: hire more people → charge more → pray the margins hold AI-native model: build systems that scale without headcount → productize the delivery → pass the speed to the client we already cut our turnaround time in half and the content quality went up because the AI handles the 80% that used to eat our team's time, and now they focus on the 20% that actually matters if you're running an agency and you're not actively rebuilding your workflows around AI tools right now, you're already behind and if you're a founder looking to hire an agency, ask them one question: "how are you using AI in your process?"

I run an agency and I have friends who feel the same, we see this every day
the ones that survive wont be the ones who try and use chatbots to speed up their work. it'll be the ones who rebuild their entire delivery model around it
traditional agency model: hire more people → charge more → pray the margins hold
AI-native model: build systems that scale without headcount → productize the delivery → pass the speed to the client
we already cut our turnaround time in half and the content quality went up because the AI handles the 80% that used to eat our team's time, and now they focus on the 20% that actually matters
if you're running an agency and you're not actively rebuilding your workflows around AI tools right now, you're already behind
and if you're a founder looking to hire an agency, ask them one question: "how are you using AI in your process?"
