We have never been born in a truly peaceful era.

It's just that we happen to live in a peaceful country.
When the world's news is filled with conflicts, sanctions, wars, and confrontations, and some countries' night skies are lit up by gunfire, our night sky is illuminated by fireworks.
Yesterday was the fifteenth day of the Lunar New Year, and outside the window, there were firecrackers, children's laughter, and the steaming hot reunion dinner.
At the same time, in Iran, some hear air raid sirens.
In the UAE, some distinguish the roar of airplanes and the sound of missiles streaking across the sky.
It's the same night, but two completely different worlds.
The stability we are accustomed to has never been taken for granted.
Behind it are the efforts and sacrifices of generations, the blood and faith of countless revolutionary ancestors who, in turbulent times, fought for today.
The more we see the world's turmoil, the more we realize the weight of peace.
The more we hear distant gunfire, the more we cherish the fireworks outside the window.
Perhaps the times are not very peaceful,
but we are fortunate to have a strong and stable motherland.
May the world have less gunfire,
and may we cherish the reunion and fireworks in front of us.
