On March 3rd, Bank of China announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of Huang Xueling as Vice President, pending approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
Huang Xueling’s resume is as follows:
Born in 1977, Huang Xueling joined Bank of China in 2026. From July 2025 to February 2026, she served as Director of the Equity Management Department II at Central Huijin Investment Ltd. From April 2020 to July 2025, she was the Director of the Capital Operations Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., also serving as Chairwoman and General Manager of Central Huijin Asset Management Ltd. Previously, she held positions such as Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Management Department at Central Huijin Investment Ltd., Executive Director of Central Huijin Asset Management Ltd., Director at China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, and Director of the Reform Planning Office of the Bank and Institution Management Department II at Central Huijin. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University.
