The discounted prices range from HKD 15.477 million to HKD 57.451 million. The project's first price list was launched in July 2025, with a discount of approximately 20%.

Guandian.com News: On March 4th, Sequoia Group’s Beacon Peak Phase 1 located on Yuen Ping Road in Mid-Levels, Kowloon, announced Price List No. 2, offering an additional 36 units with practical areas ranging from 726 to 1,865 square feet, including 2- to 3-bedroom layouts.

The units are priced between HKD 16.464 million and HKD 61.118 million, with prices per square foot ranging from HKD 21,249 to HKD 32,771. After deducting a maximum 6% discount, the net prices are HKD 15.477 million to HKD 57.451 million, with effective prices per square foot of HKD 19,974 to HKD 30,805.

The project previously released its first price list on July 29, 2025, involving 67 units, with net prices starting at HKD 11.39 million, approximately 20% below market value.
