For those holding just over a thousand dollars, really don't think about doubling your money right away.

Over the years, I've seen too many people with initial funds ranging from a few hundred to over a thousand USD. Everyone's mind is the same—"If I double this, how great would that be?" And then? Less than half a month later, the account is wiped out, and they disappear. But last year, I mentored a beginner who started with 1600U, and in four months, they reached 37,000U. Now, their account is stable at 170,000U, and they never once blew their position.

This isn't luck, but rather the core strategy I developed from rolling over from the initial 5000U to now. Let me break it down for you today.

**First Trick: Divide your money into three parts; surviving is the key**

Split 1600U into three portions of 530U each. The first part is for day trading—only focus on one trade per day, close it immediately at the preset price, no greed, no waiting. The second part is for swing trading—don't chase small fluctuations; wait until the trend is clear and certain you can earn over 10%, then act. The third part is for cold storage—never touch it under any circumstances. This is your capital for turning things around when the market crashes.

Most people lose money because they go all-in at once—once they lose, there's no next step. Remember this—survive first, then have the chance to make money.

**Second Trick: Follow the main trend, don't act during idle times**

Crypto markets spend about 80% of the time oscillating sideways. Frequent trading during these times just adds fees to the exchange.

Be patient when there's no clear trend. For example, if BTC consolidates for more than three days, just turn off your software and walk away; wait until it breaks the upper or lower bounds, or stabilizes above a key moving average. Only then is the trend clear enough to build positions.

Another important detail: when profits reach 20% of your principal, take out 30%. I often tell beginners—"Don’t move during normal times; any action just eats into stable trends." This is much more reliable than constantly messing around on the screen every day.

**Third Trick: Use rules to control your hands, don’t let feelings dominate**

Three strict rules, none can be broken:

Set your stop-loss at 2%. When hit, cut immediately—no matter how promising the outlook looks, don’t regret it.

When profits exceed 4%, first reduce half of your position, let the rest run.

Never add to a losing position; don’t think about "averaging down."

You may not always be right, but execution must be precise. The highest level of making money is letting rules block greed and panic, maintaining a steady rhythm.

Honestly, small capital is never the problem. The real issue is the illusion of "getting rich overnight." Turning 1600U into 170,000U is not about gambling, but about respecting risk, patiently waiting for opportunities, and having a replicable system.

It used to be like stumbling in the dark; now, I hold a light that stays on. Are you in?

Basically, it's discipline. Without discipline, no matter how much principal you have, it's just feeding the dog.

That's right, I've seen too many people go all-in and lose everything, it's heartbreaking.

Sounds good, but how many people can actually stick to this discipline?
