#ETH Intraday Analysis
1️⃣ Structure Interpretation
Ethereum's price movement today is mainly following Bitcoin's rhythm and continuing to rise. Currently, the price is roughly oscillating around 3200. After several days of continuous upward movement, be cautious of potential risk events. From the 1-hour structure, there is a certain possibility of a pullback, but the 4-hour remains bullish. The key is to determine the depth of the pullback before entering long positions. Structurally, ETH gives the impression that the trend hasn't changed, but the strength is limited. That is to say, when BTC's rebound momentum is obvious, ETH usually strengthens accordingly; when BTC faces resistance, ETH reacts more mildly.
2️⃣ Capital Flow & On-Chain & Exchange Dynamics Observation
Capital: ETH, ETFs, and other institutional funds have maintained inflows over the past few days, but the overall strength is slightly weaker than BTC. This indicates that the preference for ETH is increasing, but the pace is not as fast as BTC.
On-Chain Behavior: Major ETH holders have not sold off significantly in the short term, and some still hold positions near support levels. This is a neutral to slightly stable signal under the current structure.
Exchange Liquidity: ETH trading volume on exchanges has increased compared to a few weeks ago but has not shown explosive activity. Overall, the capital and on-chain signals suggest that ETH is currently passively following BTC's structure but also has some capital flow support.
3️⃣ Intraday Observation & Key Level Projection
Bullish Direction: If ETH can hold steady at support zone 1 during a pullback and rebound quickly, consider adding a small long position; for stop-loss, aggressive traders can place it at the breakdown of support zone 1; conservative traders can consider increasing positions at support zone 2. Even if zone 2 breaks downward, I believe the market will rebound and allow you to exit safely, barring extreme movements.
Bearish Direction: Today, observe the overall performance of resistance zone 1. If it breaks upward directly, we can enter short positions at resistance zone 2. Aggressive traders can enter immediately; if it breaks and then pulls back, exit and wait; then re-enter short positions at resistance zone 3. Conservative traders can follow the aggressive entry logic but do not need to set stops at zone 2; wait for a suitable position at zone 3 to add to positions. If zone 3 breaks, just set a stop-loss.
4️⃣ Risk Warning
Volatility Risk: ETH's price fluctuations are often larger than BTC's, and oscillations within the range may be more intense than expected.
Correlation Risk: If BTC encounters resistance near psychological levels and falls back, ETH usually reacts earlier and weakens.
Fake Breakout Risk: Similar to BTC, ETH's rebound often ends in a false breakout before strong funds push through.
