Recently, many people have been asking: Will the meme coin season really come again? Honestly, that's a good question.

Last year's crazy rally of meme coins seems to be getting farther and farther from us. Top-tier coins like BNB are still strong, but many small and medium-sized coins are losing investor enthusiasm in a lukewarm market. Some have doubled their investments in meme coins, while others have lost everything here.

I'd like to hear your honest opinions: Is it still worth exploring meme coin opportunities now? More importantly, which coin has been your biggest pitfall in this process? Share in the comments section and let's review those lessons together.

Altcoins, to put it simply, are projects where the contract permissions haven't been thoroughly audited before rushing in. I've seen too many reentrancy vulnerabilities and integer overflow pitfalls. Don't chase after them anymore. Most of these projects have permissions control that is essentially useless, and a project team can rug pull with just an upgrade. Those who have lost money know the feeling well; this is the most expensive lesson in auditing. The ones who doubled their money were actually just gambling and winning, not because of skill. Now, when mining altcoins, first look at the contract code. For 99% of these coins, if you can't understand the code, don't touch them. The biggest pit isn't the coin itself, but the fact that people go all-in without proper risk control, and that's just asking for it.

Shanzhai Season? Man, that thing died a long time ago. My principal can testify to that. The biggest mistake was truly believing in those project teams' roadmaps, it's hilarious. There's not much to mine now; only a few top projects are worth playing, the rest are just machines for cutting leeks. No, are you still waiting for Shanzhai Season? I'm already waiting to see if the next bull market can help me break even. Instead of mining Shanzhai projects, it's better to study the cycles of mainstream coins; that's the right way. I once went all-in on a coin, and now I can't even find that contract address. Just forget it. Honestly, there are still opportunities, but you need to have vision. Most people don't, including myself.

The altcoin season is over, now it's just a trapped situation. That wave last year really made a killing, now it's just watching the daily limit and feeling anxious. The biggest scam are those coins promising 100x returns, each one more boastful than the last. Still dare to dig? I'm just thinking about how to get out now. Top-tier coins are somewhat reliable, but small and medium coins are just casinos, I feel like smashing my phone in frustration.

Shanzhai season? Bro, this wave is definitely cooling off. I'm only watching Bitcoin and Ethereum now. All those coins from last year are dead, really, everyone who experienced it firsthand knows. The era of doubling has passed, now it's all about harvesting the leeks. The biggest mistake was believing in the story of small coins, and ended up losing everything. It's better to stick with mainstream coins and be more stable, no need to keep messing around.
