That's right. I've used so many exchanges, and those that lag will be abandoned directly. No matter how fast, it's useless. --- Smoothness > Speed, this is often overlooked. Many exchanges just freeze. --- Yeah, why can't domestic platforms understand this principle? --- This really speaks to my heart. No matter how fancy the UI or how many convoluted paths there are, it's useless. --- Platforms with poor user experience will eventually fade out, there's no way around it. --- Exactly, good interaction design can really save lives. You're not wrong. Nowadays, those platforms are really competing over speed, but users don't actually care about a few milliseconds faster. Details are everything. When the process runs smoothly, users naturally want to use it more. Poor interactions that go against this can really drive people crazy. I've even experienced situations where it takes half a day for a bid to respond—no matter how fast, it's useless.

Really, those exchanges are still racing for speed, not realizing that users have long been discouraged by complicated operation processes. Smoothness is the key, and that's correct. Speaking of which, most platforms don't seem to consider the user experience when designing their UI. Placing an order in three steps, answering five questions about the bid, I'm overwhelmed. Good design can indeed retain users, but the reality is... most of them are still a mess.
