All historical silver bull runs have been driven by the decline of the gold-silver ratio:
•2011 Peak: GSR ≈ 39
•1979 bull: GSR = 15–20
•Normal bull run return range: GSR = 40–60
The current gold price is 4200, silver is 56:
GSR as high as 75 (extremely high).
Once silver rebounds, the price ratio will quickly converge.
If gold reaches 6000 in the next 3 years, what will happen to silver?
2. Silver pricing below 6000 for gold (calculated based on different stages of GSR)
① GSR returns to the "normal bull run zone" (60)
Silver = 6000 ÷ 60
= 100 USD
👉 This is the most conservative and the easiest goal to achieve.
⸻
② Back to the 2011 bull run area (GSR 40)
Silver = 6000 ÷ 40
= 150 USD
👉 This is the main upward price range of silver at 6000 in gold.
⸻
③ Super Cycle (GSR 30)
Silver = 6000 ÷ 30
= 200 USD
👉 This is a common endpoint of a super bull run.
⸻
④ 1979 abnormal market conditions (GSR below 20)
Silver = 6000 ÷ 20
= 300 USD
(Historically, silver has had a price ratio of 15–20)
(PS: The silver bull run has just begun)
