The latest assessment from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons has been released: FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) is expected to be released on December 14, 2044, which is a reduction of four years from the original 25-year sentence.

The reasons for this commutation include:

• Good Time Credits: Up to 54 days can be reduced from the prison term each year.
• Performance in educational programs while in prison
• Detained for about 2 months before the trial.
